Louise Schrempft: In Conversation

I saw Louise’s work at Theatr Clwyd on our Wales trip, and loved her figures, so she kindly agreed to take time out to chat.  She has a well established practice in scenic Wales, working from her home studio.  Apart from her figures, she sculpts animals and delightfully quirky tea sets. She also has a lovely range of functional ware, which she says appeals to everyone because it’s easy to understand and ‘there are no willies’.  Yes, some of her figures are a tad cheeky, and infused with her sense of humour. I really appreciate her discussing her work and experiences with me.  Thank-you so much, Louise.
